Question
I would like to assist my niece in getting a wheelchair accessible van. She is in her early twenties and has never been able to afford a vehicle on her own. With the price of them being extremely high, I heard something about grants sometimes being offered in assistance. Does anyone know about them, or where to find out more information? I also found a website called: http://www.accessible.org/available-government-grants.html but I don’t know if it should be trusted or not. Any help would be appreciated, not only by me but someone who rightfully deserves every independence everyone else takes for granted.
